Delivery schedules are determined based on delivery routes and logistics for each area. On the day of delivery, you will receive an estimated delivery time by email and text message, along with a tracking link for real-time updates.

If you require a specific pickup time, we recommend selecting Pickup instead of delivery.

No, you do not need to be home at the time of delivery.

For houses, we can leave your order at the front door (Door Drop) upon request. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after the order has been delivered and left unattended.

For condos and apartments, delivery may be subject to the building’s concierge or management policies. We recommend notifying your concierge in advance and meeting the driver in the lobby whenever possible.

Please note that delivery to individual unit doors is not available. To ensure a smooth delivery process, condo and apartment customers are asked to receive their orders in the lobby.

Our drivers may contact you during delivery, so please keep your phone accessible whenever possible.
