신청 대상

정기배송은 3주 이상 이용을 원하시는 고객님을 위한 서비스입니다.

3주 미만 이용 시에는 할인 혜택이 제외된 정상 금액으로 인보이스가 발송될 수 있습니다.
배송

신청하신 매주 동일한 요일 및 시간에 자동으로 배송됩니다.

배송 요일 또는 시간 변경은 모녀반찬 카카오톡 채널로 문의해 주세요.

배송 당일에는 배송업체에서 ETA(예상 도착 시간) 링크를 문자로 보내드립니다.
결제

결제는 **E-Transfer 또는 배송 당일 현금(Cash)**만 가능합니다.

매주 목요일 결제 안내 이메일을 보내드리며, 이메일 확인 후 결제를 완료해 주세요.
추가 주문

기본 밀키트 외 프리미엄 밀키트 및 밑반찬 추가 주문을 원하시는 경우에는 모녀반찬 카카오톡 채널로 문의해 주세요.
서비스 혜택

Pick-up 선택 시 $5 할인이 적용됩니다.

매월 마지막 주에는 서비스 밑반찬이 함께 제공됩니다. (3주 이상 이용 고객 대상)
변경 및 취소

정기배송 취소 또는 일시 중단은 배송 주 수요일 오후 11:59까지 카카오톡 채널로 알려주세요.
유의사항

정기배송 신청 후에는 같은 주차 주문을 홈페이지에서 다시 진행하지 말아 주세요. 중복 주문 시 추가 요금이 발생하거나 주문이 정상적으로 처리되지 않을 수 있습니다.
Eligibility

This subscription service is intended for customers who plan to subscribe for 3 weeks or longer.

If you cancel before completing 3 weeks, your invoice may be adjusted to the regular price without the subscription discount.
Delivery

Your order will be delivered automatically on the same day and time each week.

If you would like to change your delivery day or time, please contact us through the MND Food KakaoTalk Channel.

On the day of delivery, you will receive an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) tracking link by text message.
Payment

Payment is available by E-Transfer or Cash on Delivery only.

A payment reminder email will be sent every Thursday. Please complete your payment after receiving the email.
Additional Orders

If you would like to order Premium Meal Kits or additional side dishes, please contact us through the MND Food KakaoTalk Channel with your name and phone number.

Changes & Cancellation

To cancel or pause your subscription, please notify us through the MND Food KakaoTalk Channel by Wednesday at 11:59 PM of your delivery week.
